Shona Glentworth

Facilitator, trainer, coach, consultant at Implement.

Implement is an organisational development practice that offers training, coaching and consulting to business owners and their staff. I have the licence for Leadership Management Australasia in Taranaki, offering Leadership/Management programmes to complement the training and coaching I offer under my own brand.

I established Implement Limited in 2004 as a consultancy primarily focused on strategy, people and systems. This reflected my passion born from my experience in the corporate world (mostly dairy industry and a bit of tertiary education) where I had moved from a technical (laboratory) role to Quality systems, then Learning & Development, Strategy and Communication roles at a senior level. A long career in various roles at an operational and senior level resulted in very clear views about how to build strong organisations.

Along the way I completed an MBA at Massey and attended a Programme for Global Leadership at Harvard Business School, as well as too many other training events to list.

In 2009 my business took on another focus as I merged with a local HR consultancy and Implement and Associates was created as an Organisational Development practice. In 2015 I established Implement Online to deliver on-line training and this is an ongoing project. In 2016 I purchased the licence for LMA to deliver high level leadership and management training to local businesses.

I now operate the business by myself, focusing on the LMA programmes and a range of Learning and Development options for organisations of all shapes and sizes. Watching people develop and pick up new ideas is very rewarding.

I love working with businesses and business people at all stages of their growth and development to help them take the next step. I believe everyone deserves a good working experience - training helps front-line staff navigate the world of work more effectively and managers/supervisors to provide a good working environment for their teams.

What I do:

  • Coaching one on one, or small groups. Eligible businesses can apply for NZTE capability vouchers to access coaching.
  • Learning & Development. Workshops and seminars to suit your needs, or individual on-line training. (LMA is eligible for NZTE capability vouchers.) To see a schedule of courses go to the booking site.
  • Consulting. I will assess and review aspects of your business and present a report on my findings.
