Woman’s Suffrage Day Celebration

The Network will be hosting an event to celebrate Woman’s Suffrage Day on Monday 19th September 2016. The evening will commence at 5.30pm at Monica’s Eatery with a drink and platters of nibbles.

At 6.20pm we will introduce Heather Dodunski, who is standing for Mayor, Deborah Tawa, Stacey Hitchcock, Lisa Wall and Charlotte Littlewood who are all standing for Council.

At 6.45-8.30pm the movie “Suffrage (2015)” will be shown in the Govett-Brewster Cinema.

After the movie Monica’s Eatery will be open for anyone wishing to socialise over a drink.

Ticket includes:

  • Glass or wine, bubbles, beer or non-alcoholic drink
  • Nibbles
  • Movie

$5 of every ticket will be donated to Taranaki Women’s Refuge.
